I went to the dentist for a procedure. I found the whole experience quite painful. I had to stop the dentist several times because I couldn’t handle it. By the third time, he got frustrated and told me to “stop being a baby”. I understand he was frustrated, but I was the one in pain, not him. Would you suggest I say something or should I just let it go?

I’m sorry. what a distressing experience for you! I don’t care how frustrated your dentist was, he should not have desparaged you. Of course, you are welcome to tell him how offensive and unsympathethic that was, but I’mnot sure someone who lacks that much empathy.
My suggestion is you find a more gentle dentist so this won’t even be an issue. Ask around to your friends as to what dentists they LOVE. Check reviews and even request complimentary consultations to discuss what happened with your potential new dentist.
